New Townhome CASE STUDy
Video, photo's, gimbal, and Drone
I was contracted to shoot both video and photos of a new townhome coming onto the market. This included drone video of the outside of the complex. I added graphics, animations, and music for a professional look. Realtor information has been omitted from this version of the video.

Equipment used: Sony A7RIII Full Fram mirrorless camera, Tokina 11-20mm wide angle lens, Sony FE 24-70mm GM lens, Zyiyun Crane 3S Pro Gimbal, DJO Phantom 4 Pro+ Profession drone, Final Cut Pro X editing software.
Assets and Processing
The videos and photos were edited into a video for two different floor plan townhomes for sale. They had four units total for sale. The video shows the larger of the two floor plans. The video was edited in Final Cut Pro X with animations, graphics, and music added. The two floor plan videos as well as the photos were uploaded to a Drop Box folder for the client.
